Objective

The objective of the game is simple: Move the back hole in the center of the screen to gobble up as many objects as possible. The Points are:

  • The planets : 2 points each
  • The Ringed planets : 3 points each
  • The cold planets : 4 points each
  • The Stars : 5 points each
  • Be careful to avoid the meteorite as you can lose 5 points if you gobble that one.

    Devices you can use

    You can get multiple devices to aid your quest. These devices can be bought with coins, or be gobbled during gameplay. The devices are:

  • Freeze button: Freezes the meteorite for 10 seconds in the light vs Dark mode and freezes the time for 10 seconds in the classic mode
  • Gravity button: Pulls the objects (not the meteorites) towards the black hole for 7 seconds in both modes of the game.
  • Matter Converter: Converts meteorites to other celestial bodies. Works only in the light vs dark mode.

    This is a game which continues perpetually till you accidently gobble 10 meteors. Unlike the classic mode, the objects will not fall through the bottom but will bounce back. If you accidently gobble up the meteor, it will spawn two more in its place.

    How to Play Galaxy Gobbler Classic Mode?

    1. Use the gravity device and have the objects being pulled on their own to the black hole. It will be effective for 7 seconds.
    2. Use the freeze device to freeze time for 10 seconds.

    How to Play the Galaxy Gobbler Light vs Dark Mode?

    This is a game which continues perpetually till you accidently gobble 10 meteors. Unlike the classic mode, the objects will not fall through the bottom but will bounce back. If you accidently gobble up the meteor, it will spawn two more in its place.

    3. Use the matter converter to convert meteors into planets and stars. One more meteor will be spawned.

    Do I need to pay anything to play Galaxy Gobbler?

    No. The original game is 100% free. There is no need to pay anything for the original game. The game is free for unlimited play. However, you can buy certain items that can be used to enhance your game play using real money.

    I was playing Galaxy Gobbler offline, and now when I'm back online and signed into my Play Games/Game Center account, my offline progress has been lost. Why is that?

    Game progress including your score, coins, devices etc. is only saved to your Galaxy Gobbler Account when you are playing while signed in to your Play Games/Game Center account. You can sign into Google Play Games/Apple Game Center on the settings panel (the button is in the settings menu of the main page). This way your progress won't be lost.

    When playing offline and signed out your scores are still saved locally on a device for the current session. Once the session ends, the progress will be reset. After playing a local game, if you sign back into your account the scores will revert back to the last time you played online.

    There was a bug/error while playing the game. What do I do?

    If you encounter a bug or error during gameplay, please delete the cache/data and check. If that does not work re-install after deleting it completely.

    If the same phenomenon occurs after reinstallation, please send an email to ggsupport@gamegargoyle.com with following details.

    1. Play Games/Game Center user Id
    2. Device Model
    3. OS version
    4. Details of the issue.

    I want a refund of my payment. How can I get it?

    In case of IOS or iphone, all payments are handled by Apple. Any payment related request must be made directly to Apple. Android users are only eligible for a refund, if you have purchased the item and request for a refund withing their stipulated time period. Please contact us through customer center after confirming the purchase period.

    Make sure you mention the following in the refund request

    1. Play Games user Id
    2. Billing account or your order number.
    3. Payment Date
    4. Payment Amount
    5. In-app purchase item.

    What do I do in case of a payment failure?

    It is difficult to confirm the exact cause of payment failure as it is handled by Google and Apple directly. Please check with your respective store to confirm the cause.

    Where do I check my Payment Order History?

    For Android,

    You will automatically receive the details such as the date and time of the order, the order number and the name of the purchased product in the Gmail account that you paid with.

    For IOS,

    Login to your iTunes account, Select “Show All” in your purchase History -> Select Game-> Check your payment history.

    I cannot install and run the game. What do I do?

    We recommend that you proceed with installation in a stable network environment (LTE/WIFI). It may be difficult to install on a moving or unstable network environment. Also, please check the OS version of your devices and check whether you have the OS version that meets the minimum specifications of the game.

    Frequent break and forced shutdown during game use.

    If you experience frequent interruptions or forced shutdowns while using the game, please try following steps.

    These are general steps, and the details might differ based on your OS version.

    1. Free memory space
    2. Task Manager > Exit all running apps.

      Task Manager > RAM > Memory cleanup.

    3. Remove unused Apps to free up space
    4. Settings-> Manage Applications - > Select unused app -> Clear data and clear cache.

      Settings->More->Clear the data stored in the cache.

    5. Try uninstalling and installing the game again.
